Hergstbachtal mit Dippacher Schutzhütte

Away from the noise, pure idyll—that's how the locals describe the Hergstbach Valley. Centrally located in the landscape conservation area is the Dippacher shelter, perfect for a picnic break. It is around 6 km [from Ruchsen to Korb through the idyllic Hergstbach Valley](https://goo.gl/maps/TyEiKsGZCBe7f7Mh9). The path through the landscape conservation area is lined with orchards and stone walls with rare flora and fauna. The meadow landscape is particularly beautiful to look at when the cherry trees are in bloom. About halfway along the route, the Dippacher shelter with tables and benches offers a tranquil resting place and dry shelter in case of sudden rain showers. ### Tip for a day trip - The water treading pool in Korb is a welcome refreshment for cyclists' calves and hikers' feet. - Stop off at the [Landgasthof Krone Korb](https://www.heilbronnerland.de/poi/landgasthof-krone-bett-bike) – home-style Swabian cuisine ### Tour tips for cycling and hiking - [KJ5 Side valleys of
