Située dans l'est de Wallsend, dans le North Tyneside, cette église anglicane est classée Grade II* et demeure la plus ancienne de la paroisse. Elle a été construite pour remplacer l'ancienne église Holy Cross, érigée vers 1150 mais tombée en ruine à la fin du XVIIIe siècle. L'édifice a ensuite fait l'objet d'importants travaux de remodélisation en 1892, adoptant le style perpendiculaire qui caractérise son architecture actuelle.
