The Church of St John the Evangelist, or more commonly, St John's Church, is an Anglican church in Kingston upon Thames in the Diocese of Southwark. It is located to the south of the town centre. The church dates from June 1870, when a temporary iron building was constructed on the corner of Springfield Road and Denmark Road. Bishop Samuel Wilberforce laid the foundation stone for a permanent church in July 1871, on a site donated by William Mercer in the centre of the new Spring Grove Estate.

Worcester Park House
Bâti en 1607, l’édifice dont les ruines se trouvent dans le Surrey fut l’une des résidences du 4e comte de Worcester, nommé gardien du Grand Parc du palais de Nonsuch en 1606. Le domaine passa ensuite au colonel Thomas Pride, qui y mourut en 1658, avant qu’un long bail ne soit accordé en 1663 à Sir Robert Long par Charles II. Détruit par un grand incendie en 1948, le bâtiment vit ses murs et cheminées progressivement démolis au cours des dix années suivantes.
